Our spell castings are personalized White Magick services. Nothing physical ships, so there is no package to mail back. What we offer instead is a clear 30-day satisfaction path that matches what we share on our FAQ (/faq).

Within 30 days of the original casting date, if you are not satisfied for any reason, contact us and choose one of the following:

1. Double-strength recast (additional practitioners casting together)

2. Full refund

That promise is about standing behind our work with care. It is not a guarantee that magick will produce one specific outcome. Free will, timing, and real-world action still matter.

How to request help

Reach out through our Contact page (/contact-us) with your order details and whether you prefer a recast or a refund. We will make it right within the 30-day window.
